Volunteer Opportunities

APEGA Advances Equality and Diversity Project

APEGA is working with the Department for Women & Gender Equality to look at workplace barriers facing female engineering and geoscience professionals. Want to share your thoughts? Take the survey here. If you’re interested in participating in a deeper discussion about the status of women and equity in the professions, you can submit your contact information at the end of the survey.

Virtual Resume Review Volunteers

APEGA is looking for volunteers with formal hiring experience to virtually review resumes for engineering and geoscience university students across Alberta.

Make Your Mentoring Mark

Make a valued impact on the next generation of professional engineers and professional geoscientists by volunteering with the APEGA Mentoring Program. Each mentoring partnership lasts a full year and can be done in person or online. Time commitment throughout the year is flexible. We encourage you to embark on this leadership role, contributing to a lifetime of good practice for your mentee.
